Day 17 - Shepherd's Patch to Frampton on Severn Splatt bridge

Friday 25th July - 2 miles


Frampton village green - half a mile long
Cruised to Splatt bridge Frampton on Severn. Walked through the village to get milk and bread. Longest village green in England. Very beautiful houses some thatched. Booked a table at the Bell for tomorrow night.

After a lazy hot afternoon walked round the lakes and once again got caught in a heavy shower had to take shelter. Called into the Three Horseshoes for a couple of beers muddy do friendly pub - lots of stuff around.
